DID YOU KNOW... that every day in the United States, 47 children (ages 0-19) are diagnosed with cancer?  Or that childhood cancer is the leading cause of death by disease in children under the age of 19 in the U.S.?  Or that childhood cancer survivors are twice as likely to suffer chronic health conditions?  And, did you know, that despite these facts, childhood cancer research receives just 4% of the annual budget from the National Institute of Health?  Childhood cancer happens EVERYWHERE which is why Rage is helping out!! 

This year's "Rage Gives Back" raffle will benefit Helping Hands from Hudson, a local charity created by Amy & Tom Rinker after their son, Hudson, lost his battle with cancer shortly before his 2nd birthday.  The organization helps to raise funds for children in the Williamsport area who are battling cancer, as well as raise awareness for Childhood Cancers.  Monies raised by this organization are gifted to families of local pediatric cancer patients to assist with meals, travel, and other expenses associated with treatment.  They also have scholarship funds in the Williamsport & Montoursville School Districts (where Tom and Amy, respectively, are teachers) for eligible students who have been affected by pediatric cancer.
